Nobility
Alessia does have a standing aristocracy however, the reforms enacted by HM Queen Prudence have stripped from the Nobility all government authority given solely based on title. This doesn't mean members of the nobility may not possess government power given instead means they don't automatically have it due to aristocratic titles.

In Alessia two types of nobility exist, en-titled nobility and simply nobility. En-titled nobility possess a title such as Duke, Count, Baron etc. Non-titled nobles are families whom have been raised to nobility without title.

Alessian nobility do enjoy certain prerogatives such as being invited to certain state events and royal occasions. Due to the typical profile granted by holding such a title they typically have a platform to speak from.
Requirements of Alessia Nobility
Members of Alessian nobility are required to be active within the nation. This promotes civilian activity and helps to foster motivation.
Alessian Noble families must create and maintain their own website. This can be free site and doesn't have to be fancy.

To become a member of Alessian nobility you must to granted such by the Sovereign. The Sovereign does look for individuals who make themselves known with the nation as well do-gooders.
